A New Reason To Love Being Pregnant

As if getting a sweet little bundle of love wasn't enough, a fresh way to document your pregnancy experience, my Maternity Journey Photography Collections are coming your way this Fall.

I've had such a great response from my own personal Weekly Pregnancy Updates that I've put together a little collection for women who want to have beautiful photos of their own Maternity Journeys, instead of the traditional one time Maternity Session. It's so fun to see your belly grow and why not feel gorgeous at the same time?

The Micro sessions last 15-20 minutes, use some fun photo props {more on that later}, custom digital designs, and are scheduled and paid for in advance to make it easy and convenient and you get lots of different Maternity photos showing your progress. Hospital Birth Stories will also be available, keep an eye out for those as well in October.

Patriotic Printables in the Digital Shop and a Free Patriotic Printable for you!

Just in time to celebrate the 4th of July, I have put some fun printables in the Digital Shop to make your holiday a little more festive.

The Stars & Stripes banner would be lovely string up outside at your BBQ, perhaps on your treat table? I put mine on my wall!

And these sweet little photo props are the same ones we used at the Patriotic Mini Sessions on Saturday, they were so cute & sweet, I'm going to take ours to the Independence Day Parade next week for my kids to swing around.

Llast but not least, here's a FREE Patriotic Pennant printable to print & cut, then glue on skewers for some fun table decor or cupcake flags.

Now Launching...My Digital Design Shop!

I'm thrilled to announce the virtual "ribbon cutting" of my new Digital Design Shop for Rosemary Watson Creative. Now you can download, print, and share your very own announcements, invitations, home decor, party accouterments, and a whole lot more!

Today I'm featuring my Striped Baby Collection, the designs I've used for my own Pregnancy Journey with my 6th baby, Clementine Cosmos WatsonThe Striped Baby Collection currently features 5 different pieces to help you celebrate your growing belly & bundle of joy in style!

The Pregnancy Announcement can be downloaded as a Photoshop PS file for you to add in your own photo, or a photo can be emailed to me to add in for you! Just order the 4 x 6 file at your favorite photo printer or share online on Facebook or your blog. Or, if you are wanting a fabulous photo taken of you, email me for one of my new Maternity Journey Photo Sessions {more details to come on those!}

The Gender Reveal Party Invite is a 4 x 6 printable invite that you just fill in your party information and you can print and mail out! Such a fun way to announce what you are having!

Your Gender Reveal Party wouldn't be complete without your Guess Card & 'Stache & Bow Party Printables to have your guests vote on what they think you'll be having. Print out the mustaches & bows and glue them to dowels for some fun photo props or back them with pins for people to "Wear their Guess".

The Hybrid Announcement is great since you get a 3 x 3 card size for printing, and you get a 600 x 600 px digital image to share on your blog, Facebook, or anywhere else on the web! Hand out cards in glitter filled envelopes at your Gender Reveal Party, mail out to family members, and share with everyone online.

And of course, I had to include a fun little banner to string up at your party, or hang in your baby's nursery. It's fun, gender neutral, & so versatile! It would also be cute hung up in a pregnant co-worker's cubicle or at a baby shower as well!

I also have a fantastic Mini Album Kit coming to the shop this week. It goes right along with another fun photography series I will be announcing tomorrow! Here's to making Pregnancy more fun!

The New I Heart Rosemary Watson

You that old chestnut, how painters never get around to painting their own houses (I'm looking at you Braden) and car mechanics have car problems they can never seem to get around to fixing? Well, I have pushed aside my own personal blog design for far too long, and yesterday I dedicated my day to giving myself a facelift. Visit iloverosemarywatson.com to learn all about my day to day life, my family, and all the crazy things I get myself into.

In case you haven't noticed, I have been working on getting my own little digital design shop stocked and ready for the Grand Opening on June 22nd. Patriotic designs have been in the making, but I had to make a little printable kit for Father's Day to go along with the free printable Father's Day card I posted about yesterday. It can be used for a number of occasions to celebrate those special men in your life- birthdays, job promotions, graduations, baby boy births... I'm sure you can think of a reason to celebrate your guy.

This kit comes with a printable PDF file for a "Jolly Good Fellow" banner, mini flags, and a large cake topper. PDF files will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Once the Digital Shop's Grand Opening is over, this kit will be regularly priced at $2.99, so get it at a great deal for Dad's Day and look like a festive extraordinaire. **Mustache design licensed from Rhonna Designs

Past Meets Present: Dance Recital Photo Wrap Up

Whew! Last week was a crazy busy week with the entire week devoted to the Jeannes School of Dance Queen Creek Recital Photos. I had a blast, learned a TON, and had a fantastic experience with the staff at Jeannes and all the little darlings I took photos of. Here's a little wrap up montage of my week:

Most of you do not know that before I was ever a photographer, I was a dancer and a dance teacher for most of my life. Since having children, I've become less and less involved in the dance industry; but it's something that I will always have a passion for and I will always feel comfortable in a dance environment.  So, how lucky is it that I was chosen to take the Dance Recital Photos for Jeanne's School of Dance in Queen Creek this year? It combines two of my favorite creative outlets- photography and dance, plus I get the challenging new experience of Studio shooting, something that I was a bit nervous about doing. Now that I have a week of shooting down, I absolutely LOVE studio shooting and can't wait to start playing around more with my new equipment! As a matter of fact, this week I will be announcing my own first Studio Mini Sessions, so stay tuned.
